George Graffy, President
Over the past few years, Graffy has led initiatives to monitor and improve the handling of customer service issues in the field; to more tightly coordinate product supply, a major rebranding initiative; and to automate and streamline many of Smart Circle International's key business processes. Additionally, Graffy helped launch an innovative community marketing network for businesses partnering with The Smart Circle that targets consumers face-to-face utilizing Public Sales, Private Sales and Fundraising Organizations. Before joining Smart Circle International in 1998, Graffy rose through the ranks of brand marketing at notable companies such as Clorox, PepsiCo and Yum! Brands.

Paul Byrne, Chief Marketing Officer
Since 2002, Byrne has headed the marketing functions, national account relationships, and e-commerce initiatives for Smart Circle International. Byrne also is credited for co-leading the company's recent rebranding initiatives as well as the launch of The Smart Circle's new community marketing networks that support advertising partners via expanded distribution models. Before joining the company, Byrne had more than a decade of experience in consumer marketing at PepsiCo and Yum! Brands, headed business development for a division of Havas Advertising, and gained extensive international experience.

Camila Kucharczuk, Chief Operations Officer
In Kuharczuk's 10 years with Smart Circle International, she has been involved in many areas. Today, Kuharczuk ensures that promotions run smoothly and efficiently and that all Smart Circle International products adhere to the highest standards of quality.

Karin Wagatha, Chief Information Officer
With nearly 20 years of experience across multiple facets of the information technology sector, Wagatha manages IT staff and operations to support all technology needs for Smart Circle International. In addition to managing network / application / support services for the international company, she is a driving force behind all key planning, budgeting and purchasing decisions. During her six years with The Smart Circle, she has led a number of crucial system upgrades and developed new applications that continue to drive business, reduce costs and increase efficiencies for the business.

Timothy Duckworth, Director of Business Development and Training
Joining Smart Circle International as an Account Marketing Representative only six years ago, Duckworth quickly excelled in the direct marketing business and was soon advanced to National Accounts Director. Now he serves as the primary lead for the business's Community Marketing Network for home-based entrepreneurs and the Fundraising Division, key components of The Smart Circle's recent expansion efforts. Duckworth oversees all key aspects of these initiatives, including training of new advisors, fundraising and partnership coordination.
